Bryan’s interest in insulation began back in 2006 when he formed his first company. Since then, he grew a deeper passion for not just insulation, but air sealing as well. From there, the business grew, and soon there were several employees, an established location and a growing customer base. Much of his business success is attributed to three simple things: focusing on one area of expertise, continuous improvement in products and service, and giving the customer a solution to their problems. Making customers more comfortable and saving them money is a huge drive for Bryan to grow his business. When he is not working, he enjoys time with his 2 children, his lovely fiancé and their dog Kai. Bryan loves to be outdoors and being a handyman around the house. Whether it is hunting, snowmobiling or going on the boat at camp, Bryan works hard and plays just as hard. Also, his true passion is staying fit and working out. His home gym is where he likes to unwind, de-stress and crank some hard rock music!

Julie Occhino joined the Energy Service Technologies team as Operations Manager. Born and raised in Albany, NY, Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cazenovia College. As Operations Manager, Julie is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring the needs of all Energy Service Technologies’ associates and customers are met. She works closely with our Owner, Project Manager, and Senior Auditor to deliver quality results for the benefit of each project. In addition, she is involved in a range of activities to help identify, track and develop leads for new project opportunities. A versatile background that spans marketing, sales, and management, Julie’s approach to operations is both innovative and inclusive, addressing the unique needs of each sector of the business with precision and creativity. This broad spectrum of experience enables Julie to implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving demands of our customers, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Julie’s dedication to the Energy Service Technologies team’s mission and culture is evident in every project and interaction, ensuring that our values of integrity, excellence and innovation are consistently upheld. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with Bryan (she may not be the boss at EST, but she’s the boss at home) and their family, including their fur-child, Kai. She loves traveling, fitness, and sipping on spicy margaritas.

Matt Cravis joined the Energy Service Technologies team as an Installation Specialist and transitioned his role to Senior Auditor. A native of Oriskany, NY, Matt holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Science and MBA from Clarkson University. He went on to continue his education and further development with the Leadership Mohawk Valley program. Matt brings years of strategic planning and leadership experience to the team. During his tenure as Senior Auditor, Matt is responsible for evaluating energy use and making valuable recommendations to improve efficiency, increase comfort and reduce costs for various customer projects. Matt’s belief is that it is critical to build projects to be the most optimal for our customers’ needs and provide quality energy services no matter how big or small the project is. His attention to detail and progressive path of leadership and accountability helps to advance the company’s mission and objectives. Outside of work, Matt enjoys snowmobiling, golfing, and hunting, as well as spending time with friends and family. He is also a Certified Beer Server who is known to provide you with his exemplary beer knowledge and expertise. 

Taylor Louks joined the Energy Service Technologies team and brings many years of experience in the industry. After being with EST for three years, Taylor has transitioned from an Installation Specialist to Project Manager – leading and coordinating every aspect of successful outcomes on projects.  Taylor is passionate about her work and is dedicated to the team’s mission and culture. Having played an integral role in the various parts of the installation process, Taylor carefully views every angle of the project, ensuring the best solution is executed. Her comprehensive knowledge and experience allow her to execute each project smoothly while finishing on time, without sacrificing quality. You can rest assured that with Taylor’s dedication to providing excellent customer service, your project will receive the greatest level of care. When she is not hard at work, you will find her camping or visiting breweries. 

Cole Vail joined the Energy Service Technologies team as an Installation Specialist. A native of Poland, NY, Cole began his career as a welder and holds several certifications for field work. Through Cole’s hands-on trade experience and dedicated effort in the field, it is to no surprise his passion led him to the position as Installation Specialist here at EST. Cole brings an uplifting spirit to the team and excels at understanding and working independently on said tasks. He relishes the satisfaction of seeing our customers’ reactions at the completion of each project. On a personal note, Cole enjoys working on small engine projects, traveling to Italy and boating with friends. 

Sean Loveless joined the Energy Service Technologies team as an Installation Specialist. Born and raised in Poland, NY, Sean earned an Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology and Welding. He brings 8 years of experience in the construction industry. Through his expansive knowledge of construction, Sean has a driving commitment to customer satisfaction by helping customers feel more comfortable in their homes, regardless of the environmental elements inside or outside of the home. Sean’s success lies in his wide variety of experience and diverse knowledge base in construction and mechanics, as well as attention to detail. He is most passionate about the various projects he works on that bring new challenges to solve. Beyond the construction site, Sean loves all things outdoors. You will find him hunting, fishing, hiking or partaking in power sports. The most rewarding of all, Sean enjoys teaching and sharing with his son everything he knows and loves.

Elijah Jones joined the Energy Service Technologies team as an Installation Specialist. Although new to the field within the last year, Elijah’s hard work and determination fully embraces the team-based culture here at EST. He remains committed to project success through air sealing and insulating houses, creating a more comfortable home and environment for our customers. In Elijah’s free time, you can find him hunting, fishing, and riding three wheelers.
