Residential Incentive Programs
Over 97% of our customers don’t pay full price for their insulation and air sealing upgrade. Over half pay nothing at all! Through our partnership with New York State, we are able to provide our customers with access to the EmPower+ and Comfort Home incentive programs.
EmPower+
FREE Upgrades
Through this program, income-eligible individuals can receive FREE insulation and air sealing upgrades! Depending on eligibility, individuals can receive one of two incentives through this program.
EmPower+ Full Incentive: No-cost energy efficiency improvements capped at $10,000 per project.
EmPower+ Partial Incentive: 50% off the cost of energy efficiency improvements capped at $5,000 per project. Financing options available.

Comfort Home
Up to $5,000 in Savings
The Comfort Home program provides upgrade incentives to ALL income levels and is designed to help individuals who do not qualify for EmPower+.
Receive up to $3,000 towards insulation in your home attic and basement and up to $2,000 towards window upgrades or replacement.

Our Process
Initial Consultation & Assessment
Our process starts with an initial consultation and energy assessment of your home. During the assessment, we look at your attic, basement, and everything in between to identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and lower your energy bills.
Income eligible individuals may qualify for FREE energy audits and FREE or low-cost upgrades.
Findings & Recommendations
Based on the findings from our assessment, we will make recommendations aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of your home and lowering your energy bills.
Installation of Energy Upgrades
Our team will install the insulation and air sealing upgrades.
